As of
January 2006 Madam Pele's Coffee Club has grown to nearly 200
active members, and YOU are invited to join them. As a member,
you'll receive a 5% discount on your scheduled (coffee club),
casual, and gift orders. We will not charge your credit card
until after each scheduled shipment has left the Big Island.
You'll receive regular shipments of the estate(s) you choose
so you'll never run out, you'll never need to remember to order,
and you'll never need to make-do with some dreaded stale supermarket
coffee. Your coffee will leave the Big Island on the 1st of
each month, or the Monday after, if the 1st falls on a weekend.
You can save on shipping costs by consolidating orders, since
coffee stays fresh in the freezer for one year, and selecting
USPS Flat Rate, if you don't mind waiting.
Madam Pele's Coffee
Club offers the utmost flexibility. Rather than receiving the
same estate each shipment, we encourage you to vary your selection
of estates, grades, and roasts to create a custom program just
for you. You decide which estates and/or grades, number of bags,
size of bags, and roast(s) you wish to receive for each shipment.
You can set up shipments every month, every other month, or
every three months. And you can call or email us anytime to
send coffee gifts or to add extra pounds to your schedule, especially
during the holidays. Or you can call or email to cancel shipments
while you are on vacation or when your freezer gets too full.
In the even you need to cancel your membership there will be
no questions, or penalties, but we will MISS you and will welcome
you back.
So we do not run out
of your selected estates, we reserve green (unroasted) coffee
to meet each member's annual requirements in special 100 lb
burlap bags in our green locker. In rare years, though, as careful
as we plan, we may run out of your selected estate(s) if drought
or heavy winds cause a small harvest. If that happens, you will
receive a note with a suggested substitution, as soon as we
know.
